Exeter Foodbank will be running additional food distribution sessions in the week leading up to Christmas (wc 17th Dec) in anticipation of high numbers.
If you have been given a foodbank voucher for the pre-Christmas week, please see here for details of when and where you can bring it to collect your food. (Please note that we are only able to serve people who have a valid foodbank voucher).
The Mint will be closed after the session on Thursday 20th December 2018 until Thursday 3rd January 2019 (2pm – 4pm). If you are likely to need food when the foodbank is closed, please speak to the person that gave you your foodbank voucher and ask for an additional voucher(s). You will then be able to collect extra food in the pre-Christmas week.
Food distribution sessions will continue to operate as usual at the Beacon Community Centre on Friday 21st December, Friday 28th December and Friday 4th January.
The foodbank office will be closing at 1pm on Monday 24th December until Wednesday 3rd January; we will unfortunately be unable to respond to calls or emails during this time. If you leave a message, we will get back to you as soon as possible in the new year.
